Oh look! It's Ellie's phone!

(Context: my sister works for a company whose main thing is superbatteries of the future, or something. Charge faster, last longer, don't explode - that kind of thing. And she's in the market for a new phone since hers (which used to be mine, and is about 4 years old) no longer has any battery life to speak of. And it's a phone shaped much like the one in the photo.)

And now that I've killed the joke with explanation...


Mail! I received a card from harborshore on Thursday, a card and a wrapped gift-shaped object* from thelemic on Friday, cards from solarcat and insunshine on Saturday, and cards from turlough and chaosmanor yesterday. :D

* Which I haven't opened yet, because I'm not sure if I should wait. thelemic?


On Friday, I helped Lyle and Liam hand out flyers for The Slutcracker. Ellie picked Liam and I up and we drove to Cambridge for Naked Comedy. solarcat met us there. Epic lulz, as always. solarcat and I are going back in January, and catching The Donkey Show beforehand. (We had been planning to see The Donkey Show on Friday, but it sold out.)

After Naked Comedy, everyone told solarcat and I that people were going to get food at Victoria's Diner, so she and I went off to her car and I directed her over there. Unfortunately, the rest of the group decided to go to Ihop instead, and I had forgotten to turn my phone back on after the show. /o\ solarcat and I had a good time at Vic's anyway.

On Saturday, solarcat and I went to see The Slutcracker. It was good, although next year, I want to get there earlier so we can sit closer to the stage. We ate at Wagamama beforehand, which was tasty and has made me want to try making actual good ramen with stuff in it.

Truth be told, though, you probably got the more delicious food anyway. ALL BREAKFAST FOODS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL.

Also, your friend is kind of awesome. But I'm sure you know that already. :P
