Thursday, January 20th, 2005 19:51No one's yet bothered to wire our household network - it's previously been all-wireless because Hugh and I had laptops with AirPort cards. But his iMac hasn't got one, so he can't use the internet with it.
Unless he plugs it into his laptop's ethernet port and uses that as the most cumbersome wireless card EVER. And even then he doesn't have anything except internet; no access to our local network.

Date: 2005-01-22 23:19 (UTC)Pretty much, he's on the right network because he can get the internet. I think him not being able to do anything else network-ish may come from how secure he's made the network. *shrugs* It's not my problem.
