I am currently waiting for my uncle to show up. He is in town (well, technically he is in Lake Charles for work but he's driving to New Orleans) and so he is going to visit us. Dad is currently in a conference call/meeting/something-or-other, which means I can't talk above a whisper. Fortunately my keyboard is pretty quiet.

I turned sixteen today. Not bad.

My novel is on page twenty-seven. This is about fifteen per cent done, and I am halfway through the year. I am in a lot of trouble.
