So there was a big huge code push at Dreamwidth last night.
* The importer and crossposter now talk to each other. This means that an entry crossposted to LJ (or another site) can be re-imported (for instance, to consolidate comments) without creating a duplicate entry.
As a result of that, I'm re-enabling comments on crossposts to LJ, and will be importing them to DW periodically.
* Users can now buy paid time for random active users.
* Comment emails will now thread better in gmail.
* Circle management is now less wall-o-tickybox, improving accessibility and usability.
* Reading filters are not yet available, but
mark has explained how they'll work (scroll down to 4). Basically, free users will get the sort of reading filters they're used to from LJ and similar sites. Paid users wll be able to filter their reading page by user+tag (any, all, or none of $list_of_tags in $user), poster-defined content level (18+, NSFW, or unmarked), and poster-in-community.
Yeah, my seed account will pay for itself in convenience and shiny right around the next code push. :D
* It has always been possible to get feeds for any given tag, but DW has made them more findable.
* There are five new system layouts.
