sofiavioletSaw MSI in Worcester on the 13th. It was good. I made friends with a guy in a children's unicorn costume diy hoodie, among others. I saw the same girl who hung out with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
zachens in line for MCR last May. I think this marks the second show since then where she has recognized me as That Girl With The List. And Kitty and Steve signed my ticket. :D
And then I saw Bloc Party on Thursday. Was also good. I didn't make friends because I just rolled up right at doors and waltzed in. Next time I might try to get there earlier, though. I went to the back of the room after Longwave's set because I couldn't see anything, and wound up standing next to a bunch of drunk people who couldn't dance.
But earlier that day... I was hungry after work, so I went to Popeyes. Some guys from a local band sat down next to me and invited me to their show. I couldn't go, but I have found them on myspace and will see what they sound like.
And last nightzachens and I tried to go to Odditorium, but we were running late and by the time we got to the Cambridge Y, it was sold out. :(
Also, guess what? I am probably going to take the amateur radio licensing test along withzachens and the rest of Wireless Club. zachens wants to ride in the Bikes Not Bombs thing in June, but also wanted to coordinate water stations and such - so I will be coating myself in spf 70 and taking over the latter part of that sentence.
That's on June 7th, and I got myself a ticket to see Taking Back Sunday on the 27th. So I will go back to New Orleans some time in between.
