Working on Auriel again.

Have introduced the political stuff and hinted at some backstory (in a scene that will need much fleshing out; apparently, grieving characters make me abnormally terse). Have some idea of where I want things to go immediately after, which is far more than I can usually say. I can think from point A to point Z just fine, but I have trouble getting to all points in between.
