Doctor said an 8-cm uterus is pretty average, so I don't think that's the problem.
The cramps have cleared up from most areas of my abdomen (except for a minor brief flare-up mid-masturbation; this sometimes happens anyway, although currently happening more consistently and a little more severely); the one spot they're really persisting is a spot I have trouble with anyway.
