I keep coming back to Zuckerberg's now infamous declaration that having more than one identity implies that one lacks integrity, and the only charitable conclusion I draw from it is that his worldview arises from being a naive, young, white, heterosexual, cisgendered, male, affluent Ivy League graduate.
Otherwise, I'd have to make the conclusion that Facebook is really a tool for enforcing young, white, heterosexual, cisgendered, male, affluent, western norms on the rest of the world.
