I bookmarked the "report" page on my non-iPhone, and now I have a Strategy. If something happens, and it is safe to do so:

I keep Tweed open on my smartphone. Tweed has location and picture Twitter options; the location creates a TinyURL that points to the coordinates on Google Maps. Hit location button. Grab picture. Get my ass out of the situation. At my leisure, tweet TinyURL and Twitpic. I've the report page bookmarked. I can copy the TinyURL and Twitpic, and head over to the page on my mobile browser and paste those in, with details.

And I've rehearsed the steps, so if I have to, I'll have the practice of having done so.

Whip out phone. Go to Tweed. New tweet. Location button. Photo button. New photo. Snap. Phone off, back in pocket, flee.
