I've locked my old LJ posts down to private; this means everything from journal creation to April 2009. There were a lot of posts I wanted to take down because of their content (particularly everything about The Ex), but I had neither the time nor the inclination to do item-level evaluation when I made the decision to lock those posts.

I am in the process of sorting through my various imported entries (I had many accounts prior to sofiaviolet, going all the way back to 2002), tagging the really old stuff, and unlocking what I feel comfortable sharing. I only want to do this once, and I only want to do it in one place. I'll post again when it's done.

Off to tackle 2002.

Heh. Yeah.

I've been adding tags that say which journal the post came from, and tags for security levels, plus basic contents-tagging on posts from before LJ implemented the feature at all. Time-consuming, ugh.
