Currently restoring my ipod (quite old). It has been acting up lately - if I pause it for more than a minute, it freezes - the icon at the upper left corner of the screen will switch from || to |> and back, but the music won't play, the seconds won't tick past, and the progress bar doesn't move.
The ipod also is no longer aware that it has frozen - to restart a frozen ipod that knows what's up, you hold down the middle button and the menu segment of the wheel. To force-restart an ipod, you have to toggle the hold switch back and forth, then hold down the other two buttons until it restarts - difficult with the silicone case on mine. I also have to hold down Menu and the center button for longer before its turns off, and it takes a much longer time for the ipod to come back online.
I suspect this ipod is in its death throes. :\
Got another series of calls from last week's unidentifiable number - finally picked up on their third attempt and confirmed that it was a wrong number. Hopefully the guy figures out what number he really needs to call, and stops waking me up.
Ellie and I went shopping today. I got a bunch of candles at Target. Also a purple plaid cape. We got groceries and then came home and ate the entire box of frozen mozzarella sticks.
Dreamwidth code push soon (8pm Pacific)! I will try to answer comments first - ikea hacker accidentally my weekend.

I also think we ought to get some more of the Stolmen poles and make bike racks. Ellie owns two bikes, and the other people who live in our building own about a dozen - and all the bikes are in the part of the basement where she wants to put her workshop, taking up huge amounts of space.
This would also be a great idea for us. The cheap futon frame I'm using as a bed is similar to that, and it's broken anyway (can no longer be configured as a couch).
I want a radiator cover in my room. I would design it to cover up the 10 inches of wasted space on one side of my radiator. And it would help me avoid dropping things into/behind the radiator, which I do fairly often, oops.
I also need to figure out what kind of light tent I want to make, although each of the three hacks (lampshade, trash can, and hamper) is cheap enough that I could do all of them, for photographing various sizes of objects.
*makes shopping list*
