In other news: I am slowly but surely slipping into bandom. I feel slightly dirty, but definitely not enough to stop.

Also, my glee at finding out that a lot of the people I remember from my Libertines days are right there with me cannot be textually rendered.

I've noticed this too (that is, people talking about bandom who were into the Libertines, as I will not touch bandom with a venomous snake on a ten-foot barge pole). Which makes me very glad I was never hugely into the Libertines as they seem to be some sort of gateway drug into music that makes me want to jab my ear drums with aforementioned snake-on-pole.

No offence intended. Really. I just wanted to propose a theory. ;)
