The height of the shoes isn't generally my problem. It's that I try to wear them without stockings and then I get blisters. Or I put them on for a normal workday, and then I walk halfway across Boston doing errands. /o\ My ankles and knees and hips are not the greatest, which probably indicates I should limit my wearing of potentially damaging shoes. I find I have more trouble with wobbling and rolling my ankles when I wear low heels - I think I forget that I'm wearing them and put my foot down wrong, whereas with higher heels, I'm more conscious of my feet and how I walk.

As for makeup and age, my mother likes mineral makeup, which seems to be much more widely available at many more price points than was the case when I started wearing it in high school. It also has the benefit of being pretty easy, at least for foundation.

I bite my nails, so they usually are pretty short, but I'm trying to keep them just a little longer. This has far less to do with my presentation than it does with my boyfriend and his fondness for being scratched.

... Seriously, wtf. You are, like, one of the femmest people I know.
