Wearing contact lenses inside out shouldn't affect your vision quality; on the occasions when I've done it, I might notice some blurring around my peripheral vision, but that's it. The real difference is in the comfort of the lenses, and also the slightly increased risk that the contact lens will spontaneously fall out of your eye: they want to correct back to outside-out, and so you may especially notice discomfort around the edges of the lens. /former optician rambling
