Yes, they are.

(I will note now that there's a bug where if you use the filters you also get users who you have subscribed to already - I am on it)

For some reason I thought this feature only included journals and that didn't interest me at all, but it's got comms and feeds too yay!

The drop-down menu always shows the default value (subscriptions), even when you're viewing one of the other options - bug?
