Big Bang is a challenge to write long fics - I'm not really familiar with the current rules of the SPN/J2 BB any more, but the Bandom Big Bang doesn't have prompts and it seems to be fairly standard as far as BBs go. In other words, it probably was the author's idea.
The lurker in me doesn't get much into arguments at all, so IDK how useful those rules would be to me, but I'm glad to have read them.
