  "Occasionally, I find myself in a position of explaining my relationships to others who may not be familiar with alternative relationships. More often than not, when talking about poly, it’s no issue, and the conversation is a simple two sentences: “Yes, I have two partners. Yes, they know about one another and don’t mind.” Kink comes up less often, generally just because most people don’t pick up on anything unusual about how V and I interact.
